Efficient Building Design Services

Efficient Building Design Services provides Building Design & Drafting services to all areas of Northern NSW and South-East Queensland. Other services offered by EBDS include preparation of BASIX Certificates for residential buildings in NSW as well as undertaking Energy Efficiency Ratings (NatHERS & Section J Assessments) for residential and commercial buildings across Australia, and also designs for On-Site Sewage Management Systems (OSSM) for properties without reticulated sewers, such as standard septic systems and Aerated Wastewater Treatment Systems.

BDS is licenced in NSW & Queensland and also works with a range of consultants operating in the surrounding area (such as Engineering and Geotechnical firms) this enables us to take the planning of any new developments from the concept design stage through to being able to provide all the documentation required for Council lodgement (including architectural plans, engineer certified structural plans, soil tests, energy efficiency ratings, On-Site Sewage Management design & completion of Council Application Forms).
