Tenterfield’s Mistral Hill Country Kitchen owners Kathy and Brett, keep their flavours true.

Moving to Tenterfield in 2006 gave Kathy the opportunity to pursue her passion for cooking with delicious flavours.

Flavour and quality is always paramount in our small range of goodies, so each batch is hand made with exactly that in mind. Kathy admires all women on the land, past and present that do everything with love and dedication. Growing up on a country property and watching her mother grow all her own fruit and vegetables to feed a family of seven, was all the inspiration she needed.
