The Artists Collective Studio Gallery is very much a Tenterfield concern with four local artists comprising the collective – Linda Nye, Nola Sindel, Anni Washington and Liz Powell, covering watercolour, acrylic painting, print making and drawing. There are also ten consignees who regularly have their work in the gallery whose works cover a range of disciplines including jewellery, functional and sculptural ceramics, intarsia and functional woodwork, illustration, plant dyed wearable fibres, and felting.
As well as the constantly changing work of the regulars, we run a number of month long exhibitions across the year based around a theme. Local artists are invited to put work in for sale and show for the duration of a particular exhibition. The gallery’s aim is to encourage the arts and artists in Tenterfield by giving access to a professional gallery setting.
