I work with individuals in person and online, who are stuck and unable to create a life they love. Using a combination of kinesiology, coaching and counselling means that not only do my clients develop an understanding of what is contributing to their pain and build strategies for stepping forward; but also clear out the old limiting beliefs, patterns and emotional blocks that are stopping them from living their best life.

I have been in private practice since 1997 and am registered as a Level 5 Professional Kinesiologist with the Australian Kinesiology Association, am a Family Skills Trainer and have a Bachelor in Human Services. I am also a Brain Gym Instructor and Consultant with specialist training in building and maintaining healthy brain / body connections. In 2008, after completing a certificate in marketing, I added business mentoring to my practice, helping business clients create sustainable and abundant businesses, including a ’success’ mindset, solid foundations and the skills to ethically and authentically market themselves online and offline.
